1. Assist superiors to take charge of the financial management of local companies, coordinate the financial and taxation work of overseas subsidiaries, connect with the local finance team to the group finance team, support local business development and control local financial and tax risks;
2. Responsible for the capital planning and operation of overseas subsidiaries, and develop and maintain the resources of local banks and other financial institutions;
3. Establish and implement financial management and accounting systems of local subsidiaries and optimize processes;
4. Responsible for the preparation of financial budget forecasts and performance analysis of overseas subsidiaries, and timely identify and prompt risks;
5. Responsible for the construction of information systems of overseas subsidiaries.
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, financial accounting and other financial and economic related majors, certified public accountants or intermediate accounting titles can be appropriately relaxed.
2. Work experience: More than 5 years of financial work experience, working as a manager/supervisor of overall financial management, having a financial director or having more than 1 year of study and work experience is preferred.
3. Others:
① Familiarity with bank financial products and foreign exchange management experience is preferred;
② English can be used as the working language;
③ Works conscientiously, has strong self-driven force and willingness to learn, and has strong resistance to stress;
④ Has excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a global perspective, principle, service consciousness and strong team consciousness;
⑤ Have a business philosophy and overall perspective, and can stand on the overall position of the enterprise and make suggestions that are in line with the interests of the enterprise for related processes and businesses.
