Primary Responsibilities:
Drawing deepening and output: Cooperate with the master designer to complete the program deepening work of the indoor/space project, and draw a complete set of construction drawings that meet industry specifications and construction requirements according to the preliminary design plan, renderings, and the actual size of the project site, including floor plans, elevation drawings, cross-sectional drawings, node drawings, decorative layout drawings, and bill of materials, etc., to ensure that the drawings are accurate in size, clear in process, and complete in labeling.
Technical calibration and problem solving: Check the basic drawings of the original structure of the building, water, electricity, heating and ventilation, fire protection, etc., investigate in advance the conflicts between the design and the size of the site, the crossing of pipelines, the inconsistency of the structure, etc., timely coordinate the design of the main project, the adjustment and optimization plan of the construction party, and ensure that the project can be implemented from the technical level.
Project implementation cooperation: Cooperate with the project construction throughout, provide technical support, answer the construction party's questions about the drawings, handle site design changes, and update the drawings in a timely manner according to the changes; the project completion stage is responsible for completing the as-built drawings that meet the requirements of the archives and Party A, and sorting out the complete set of design drawings for archiving.
Cost optimization and docking coordination: Combine the design effect and material characteristics to optimize the layout scheme, reasonably control material loss, and assist the project team to control construction costs; dock with Party A, the construction party, and the material supplier, communicate and confirm process requirements, material selection, and sample parameters, synchronize design adjustment information, and promote the completion of the project according to the progress node.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above in interior design, environmental art design, architectural design and other related majors, 1-3 years or more of indoor deepening design related work experience in conference centers and airport centers, commercially availableExperience in room/hardcover residential projects is preferred.English is preferred as a working language.
2. Proficient in using AutoCAD to draw construction drawings, master SketchUp, Photoshop, Tianzheng and other design auxiliary software, and be able to independently complete renderings to help the expressor score extra points.
3. Familiar with the interior decoration construction process, material characteristics, decorative structure specifications and industry drawing standards, and understand the relevant specifications and requirements for fire protection, water and electricity.
4. Strong ability to handle details, understand space and solve problems, rigorous and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and can withstand the rhythm of multiple projects.
