Job Description:
1. Responsible for assisting human resources administrative managers to build human resources systems for overseas manufacturing bases, including team building, system localization, human resources planning, and formulating and implementing overseas human resources strategic plans;
2. According to the strategic needs of the company, the organization promotes the design of the organizational structure and position setting, and promotes the development of organizational capabilities;
3. Responsible for building and upgrading the performance incentive management system and formulating a competitive compensation and benefit plan;
4. Actively explore talent recruitment channels, focus on completing the construction of localized talent echelons and the introduction of key positions, and actively promote the talent localization goals issued by the mentoring project and the group headquarters;
5. Handle the entire process of onboarding, transferring, and leaving foreign employees by overseas Chinese parties to ensure compliance with local labor law requirements;
6. Design and implement training programs such as cross-cultural communication and corporate culture promotion, localized leadership, etc., to improve the efficiency of overseas team collaboration; promote communication and collaboration between headquarters and overseas teams, and solve management problems caused by cultural differences;
7. Regularly analyze overseas human resources data, continuously optimize personnel effectiveness, and provide decision-making support to management;
8. Continuously improve the administrative logistics support and safety work of the plant, and improve the quality of the canteen dormitory and employee satisfaction.
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in administration/business administration/human resources management/psychology preferred;
2. More than five years of human resources management experience, including not less than 3 years of overall management experience, with more than 1,000 people in medium and large industrial manufacturing industriesBackground, steel/heavy industry/electronics manufacturing is preferred; proficient in the theory and practice of the six major modules of human resources, proficient in at least two or more modules in salary performance/training development/talent echelon construction; rich experience in human resources management, with a global perspective, and overseas work experience is preferred;
3. College English level 6 and above, able to communicate fluently in spoken English, proficient in common office software such as office, excellent text reporting ability and data analysis ability;
4. Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, self-motivation, strong comprehensive management skills and leadership team ability, keen insight and analytical skills, able to quickly adapt to changes in the environment, flexible adjustment of human resources strategies.
