1. Comprehensively responsible for the establishment, optimization and implementation of the Tanzanian subsidiary's financial system, and establish a financial system that meets local regulations and group requirements.
2. Lead local tax planning, fund management, cost control and financial risk prevention to ensure compliance operations.
3. Responsible for the establishment and management of the local finance team, including the recruitment, training and performance appraisal of local finance personnel.
4. Connect with the financial center of the Group's headquarters, regularly output accurate financial analysis reports, and provide data support for business decision-making.
5. Maintain good relations with local banks, taxation, auditing and other government departments and external institutions.
1. Core must have at least 2 years of experience in local financial management in Tanzania, and be familiar with local fiscal and tax regulations, foreign exchange control and investment policies.
2. Language proficiency: English can be used as a working language and can communicate with local governments, banks and teams without barriers.
3. Experience background: Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting.Experience in the overall financial management of manufacturing, mining or large import and export trading companies is preferred.
