According to the development trend of the industry, the industrial control market pattern and the company's core resources, formulate the company's medium- and long-term development strategy, business layout plan and annual business objectives, implement the annual business plan, financial budget and investment plan, and be responsible for the company's revenue, profit, growth rate, market share and other core business indicators;
2. Coordinate R&D technology, supply chain, marketing and sales management, create after-sales service and brand system, and promote the company to maintain sufficient competitiveness in the market;
3. Be responsible for the establishment, appointment and assessment of the company's overall personnel team, and form a competitive talent echelon;

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, electrical engineering, control engineering, machinery manufacturing, industrial and commercial management is preferred;
2. More than 10 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems, with sales management or product management experience preferred;
3. Familiar with market rules, product systems, supply chain systems, industry qualifications and customer channels in the industrial control industry, and have rich upstream and downstream resources in the industry;
