1. Responsible for daily production process operation monitoring and continuous optimization to ensure product quality stability and production capacity to meet standards.
2. Identify and solve process bottlenecks, promote process standardization and operation standardization, and improve overall operational efficiency.
3. Participate in the setting and optimization of production process parameters to ensure that the process window is reasonable and the process route is clear and controllable.
4. Analyze and control abnormal working conditions, batch differences and quality fluctuations, formulate improvement measures and track and verify the results.
5. Lead the process change management process, perform corresponding P&ID updates and process safety assessments to ensure that the change risk is controllable.
6. Organize and promote the implementation of quality system technical requirements such as PFMEA analysis and control plan formulation.
7. Responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing historical process data, and making optimization recommendations using statistical analysis methods.
8. Develop and update process technical documents and standard operating procedures to improve on-site execution and technical implementation.
9. Collaborate with relevant departments such as projects, equipment, and quality to promote special work such as technological transformation, production line expansion, and product climbing.
10. Track the impact of raw material changes or equipment adjustments on the process, and propose a parameter correction or structural adjustment plan.
11. Prepare staff training materials, organize process training and assessment of operators and technical personnel, and improve the overall process capabilities of the team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, process engineering, applied chemistry, etc., master's degree is preferred.
2. More than 8 years of experience in process engineering in chemical or material companies, including lithium hydroxide, lithium carbonate, etc.The process background of the lithium salt product is preferred.Ability to drive continuous improvement in production process control.
3. Familiar with the process control points of continuous production or intermittent production, and have experience in factory capacity climbing and process technical transformation.
4. Master P&ID mapping and management, PFMEA methodology, and have practical experience in MOC processes.
5. Must be able to use English as a working language independently and proficiently, including daily meetings, reports and written documents.
6. Proficient in using data statistical tools such as Minitab and SPC, and have the ability to analyze and solve quality abnormalities.
