岗位职责:
Base: Europe, this position can work from home.
The position requires regular customer visits and oversea business trips to engage with key clients and stakeholders. Flexibility to travel and adapt to different working environments is essential.
Responsibilities:
Need work with clients, agents’/distributors/ OEM plants etc.
Drive a new market success to Focus besides hygiene business.
Set up Business Strategy in a short or long term and engage team to achieve it as expected.
1.Leads and provides strategic direction:
Identifies new opportunities and develops sales and marketing plans to achieve targeted growth.
Responsible for key accounts’ selection, including target global accounts. Assists team in the development of account plans.
Coordinates market intelligence and benchmarks the competition.
Develops and leads pricing and product strategy.
Optimizes product range and SKU.
2.Drive for customer oriented culture:
Build up networks and customer intimacy to the market and their suppliers being the focal point to identify new opportunities fitting with their product and technology roadmap.
Contributes to the definition of the service offer and controls its right implementation.
Coordinating cross-functional teams comprising commercial, development, R&D, marketing and manufacturing, to make sure a right OTIF.
In charge of the reporting and knowledge management of exchange with customers
3.Join weekly/monthly/half-year/year sales meeting
4.Report the sales progress regularly.
Ensure all commercial activities are in compliance
